By using honest esim and purchasing an eSIM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
honest esim sells digital eSIM plans for international travel. Upon purchase, you receive a QR code via email that can be installed on a compatible device. eSIM plans are provided by third-party carriers and coverage, speeds, and availability depend on the local network.
3. Refunds
eSIM purchases are generally non-refundable once the QR code has been delivered, as they are digital goods. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your eSIM, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
4. Device Compatibility
It is your responsibility to ensure your device supports eSIM. Most recent phones (iPhone XS and newer, Pixel 3 and newer, Galaxy S20 and newer) are compatible. We are not responsible for purchases made for incompatible devices.
5. Limitation of Liability
honest esim is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific eSIM plan in question.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
